Terms and disclosures

Plain language, and short. Read it before you mine anything. This page is not legal advice, and it is not a prospectus.

01 / WHAT THIS IS

DELISTED is a collectible artwork. A contract draws a pixel ghost from a hash and stores the result on chain. Nothing about it is a share, a fund, a deposit, a loan or a claim on any company, and nothing here is an offer of a security.

Holding a ghost gives you the token and its art. It gives you no revenue, no dividend, no vote and no promise of any future work from anyone.

02 / CURRENT STATE

The website reads the configured collection contract and supports real wallet transactions. The network and contract are shown in the miner. Local development runs on a test chain using test ETH; restarting that chain resets its NFTs. Public minting is unavailable until a public deployment is configured.

03 / NAMES AND TRADEMARKS

The eight eras and every company named on the site were really delisted. Each name, date and ticker is used as a statement of historical fact, taken from the bankruptcy filing or the delisting notice, for commentary and reference.

Company names and former ticker symbols may still be registered trademarks of their current owners. We claim no association with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from any of them. Nothing here uses a living brand's logo, artwork or typeface.

If you own a mark named on the site and want it removed, write to [contact address] and it comes off.

04 / RISK

Do not spend money you need. Nothing on the site is financial, tax or investment advice.

05 / ART AND CODE

The trait art and the page are our own work. The trait layers were drafted with an image model and then cleaned, composed and corrected by us; the composition, the palette and the pipeline are ours.

Owning a ghost gives you a broad personal and commercial licence to its own art. It does not transfer the collection's name, its mark, or the art of any ghost you do not hold.

06 / NO WARRANTY

Everything is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for lost tokens, lost keys, failed transactions, chain reorganisations, wallet software, or any loss that follows from using the site.

You are responsible for your own keys. Nobody can recover them for you.

07 / OPEN POINTS

These are filled in before launch, not after: the publishing entity [entity], the governing law [jurisdiction], the contact address [contact], and the royalty destination [address].
